Has the Japanese scene ever been subtitled?

When Takashi goes to the house and the Japanese man opens the door, has the conversation ever been subtitled on any video release? I know it ends with "Nerd!" but I'm curious as to the rest of the conversation.

It's pretty much what you'd expect:

"Pardon me, is the room available for me to rent?"

"No way. Not for you, nerd."
