The answer is yes. The woman, Christie, (Lucinda Dickey), is possessed by the spirit of an evil ninja and begins a killing spree of the cops that shot dead the evil ninja. The man pursuing her is called Yamada, (Sho Kosugi), a good ninja who seeks revenge against the evil ninja for killing his father and piercing Yamada's eye with a shuriken, thus the eye patch. You should be able to rent this movie from NetFlix or some other video renter. It's a little hokey, but all in all, I thought it was good.
