In one of the final scenes where memo points a gun at Hobbs, why does memo say she hates Hobbs? Do they have history? And why does he say "we have met before". Is he simply saying she was like the woman who shot him.(generally confused about this well shot, badly written movie)

shareMemo was guaranteed a lot of money if Hobbs threw the game. She was under pressure from the Judge and Gus to get Hobbs to take their deal so Pop Fisher would be forced to turn the team over to them. Memo told Hobbs she hated him because he was so committed to the game that he wouldn't go along with their plan.
