Poisend?

Is the prevailing notion that Memo had given some kind of poisen to Hobbs at the party when she fed him something? The next scene he was keeling over and then the hospital. I always wondered what that was?

reply

I wandered that myself. They pumped his stomach and apparently all they found was a bullet. Other than that he was fine I guess (LOL).

reply

Poisoned.

Poison.

Go away, learn it and try again.

Only a real A-hole would bother pointing out a typo on a film message board, congrats

Before she gave him the poisoned food, Gus walked up to her and told her that Roy was not coming around to his deal. He made it clear to her that her methods were not working. She had already told Roy that he didn't seem to notice her and she allowed herself to be dragged away by the other player. So, she gave him the poisoned food because she had no other way to change him.

It wasn't a typo, it was a brutal misspelling....

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

reply

What a pathetic life one must have to comment on spelling on a forum like this...Good luck with that.

reply

Well board helper, apparently you don't see the irony, do you jackwagon?

And your reading comprehension is as bad as your attempts at message board monitoring...I wasn't commenting on the spelling, I was commenting on your failed attempt to castigate someone else.

Life is great btw, but thanks for your concern....nimrod.

Failed attempt, says who, a db internet tough guy? I don't think so. Your opinion is clearly meaningless.
The point of message boards are for discussions of said topic. Only trolls come along and critique typos. Either because they are a-holes or have nothing better to do in their lives.
Which is it for you or is it both?

reply

By the cut to Memo's cold reaction to Roy's collapse, I think that it's clear that she poisoned him with the food that she just previously hand-fed him.

reply

Of course she "poisened" him. (g)

That's why the hospital pumped his stomach, otherwise they would have never discovered the bullet.

Memo inadvertently saved Roy's life.

reply

She gave him a "mickey", and as a result of having his stomach pumped I think that worsened the condition he had with the bullet lodged in his stomach, so, no, she didn't save his live, she shortened his, already short career.

reply

Yes, Memo wandered as she wondered over to Roy, and poised to poisen him, fed him the stuff that led to the led being removed.
