Memo and Gus

It's not real clear, so I'm just making sure this is right....

Gus is a gambler and makes more money when he bets on a star player and that player strikes out or has a bad game.
So he sends in Memo to use and distract the star player to make him fail and therefore make more money for Gus who is also supporting Memo. Is that correct?

So does Gus have sex with Memo or is he just a platonic sugar daddy to her?

The movie never alludes to Gus and Memo being lovers, so they weren't.

So he is paying and providing for her to do her job which is to distract the star player.
Right?

Gus was providing quite a bit to Memo in the form of money and housing.

Not only is it not a stretch to speculate that a mercenary like Memo would give Gus physical benefits, it's also quite likely (assuming Gus at his age was interested in that sort of stuff).
