Help on translating it to spanish... please?

Hi everyone:)
I'm trying to make a subtitles file in spanish for both miniseries (Lace & Lace 2).
Since my born language is spanish, and even though I'm pretty good at reading & writing in english, it's being too difficult for me to translate the whole series to spanish just by watching and listening to it:(
I have even bought the books, just to find out most of the dialogs have been completely changed on the series scripts, so they didn't help much.
To make things even worse, during the series they say alot of words in (I assume) french, with which I have no skills at all.
If I would find english subtitles it would be much easier for me to translate it all. Or someone who help me translate the audio ?

I could transfer the audio of the whole series to anyone. I do not offer to transfer the whole series cause it would take me months. Anyway, for all of you to know it, it is available (both parts) at a very well-known P2P program.:):):)
My copies, though, were transfered by myself from the original VHS tapes (Lace 1 only. Part 2 was downloaded from the net).
