80's Mini-series

I'm getting all nostalgic about the 80's
lately, and I wanted to see again some of the
"great" (it's a subjective word) mini-series
from back then.
I remembered this Lace, Mistral's daughter,
Return to Eden, The Thorn birds and Kane and Abel.
Do you remeber any other?
Do you kno where one could get those
that are not for rent?

Sidney Sheldon's Tomorrow Never Comes springs to mind. I always remember the scene where she plays the 2 chess masters at the same time.

A Town Like Alice, All The River Run, Cyclone Tracy, V, Fields of Fire and V: The Final Battle.

I remember Joan Collins in a miniseries called, appropriately enough, "Sins," Mia Sara in one called "Queenie," and Lindsay Wagner in one called "Princess Daisy." Yeah, I'm a fan of glitzy, eighties trash!

For Connie n Raymond Marble, it was the beginning of the end!

"The Manions of America"...the day i felt in love with pierce brosnan.

"The Thorn Birds" - one of the best miniseries after Shogun.

"The Winds of War" and "War and Remembrance"

"North and South" and "North and South, Book II"

Poor Little Rich Girl: The Barbara Hutton Story

"(Showtime's 1982-1987 Faerie Tale Theater" - my all time favorite.
