Lace available on DVD

I recently got a surprisingly good copy of Lace on DVD from Maximus Media (www.rarevideo.ca). They have quite a lot of obscure movies and miniseries. They also have Lace II among many others.

Though, the company is Canadian, the DVD shipped from the US.

On the down side, based on the cover art and lack of features, the DVD is apparently a bootleg made from the European PAL VHS of Lace. Nonetheless, this is by far the best boot I've seen in terms of picture quality, given that it was made from a VHS. The picture actually seems a little better than the usual VHS--no dropouts I could detect. (Those are the horizontal lines that show up when there is a flaw on the tape surface.)

While this is not ideal, I'd say it's your only chance to get a DVD of Lace.
