well in LA there's certain locations they use over and over, i mean i noticed too, the inside of the house, i think it was used in 10 things i Hate about you, and maybe Swingers as well(dont know if the inside and out side where the same like but you see how i mean?)

Its the same sort of thing with alot of schools in LA based or files movies, there's one school in particular that was used for Grease, Buffy the vampir slayer TV series, all of em =)
