I really, really, really....love this movie...I have it on VHS, but wish they would release it on DVD.

I think that Sharon Stone is so funny in this movie....Her singing "This civil war, ain't gonna get me down",.. during the filming of "Atlanta".. was classic!

you are so right, i just watched this movie after purchasing it on Amazon, VHS...what a gem! i remember watching it as a child...so many lessons in this movie!

Haha, one of my favourite scenes, along with with the line about having "every fly working".

I have it on VHS also, and unfortunately it's a horrible print in the LP mode. Still, this film is worthwhile – cheesy, melodramatic and so much fun. 7/10 stars.

I recently purchased it on DVD from a catalog...The quality isn't crystal clear though....

Was it at least widescreen, and was it transferred from film or video?

My old VHS was extremely bad quality, and I could barely make out the dialogue at times, which is typical when they don't use the SP mode. I guess that's what happens when you pay a buck for a movie.

No it is not widescreen and it looks like it was transferred from film/video.....But I figure it will stand the test of time better than VHS...

Thanks for the details. There's probably not a huge enough demand for a high-quality DVD release, so the VHS transfer will have to do, I guess.
