When I was a kid, I remember seeing a movie with a scene where a person gets decapitated with either a sword or a whip. Before their head falls off, they smile. I think that this is the movie. Can someone please verify this for me? Thank you.

possibly i think it's bruce villanch's head

There is a couple of scenes like this. Bruce Villanch's head is knocked off of his fake body. Earlier in the movie Angelica Houston's character decapitates a bounty hunter during a sword fight.

2 things I remembered from this movie I saw as a child... the first time I ever saw a guy get his head cut off so smooth he didn't even know it was done, and Space Herpes.
