Does anybody know who played Colonel Kashirin, the Soviet officer who tried to stop the nuclear launch but was made to cause it in the American version? Despite his small role, he's a pivotal character, so it seems odd that he wouldn't be credited!

Ah, thank you. I called him "Kashirin" because that's what the subtitled copy of the movie I got said. I've been wondering who played him for years. Thanks!
