A lot of people love this movie. I'm not a big fan of it because while it has cool moments, the overall human story and characters are boring and flat. It does have cool Godzilla moments, and I like the whole arc with the nuclear bomb about to go off, and I like some of Raymond Burr's lines, but most of this film is a drag. I'd give it a 6.0/10

give it another watch. while i agree it doesnt have the best character moments in it, the big G does deliver as the king of the monsters in it.
