OMG! STEVE MARTIN'S GRANDSON DIED!!!

I just read on Justin Glocke's IMDb page that he passed away in September 2014. So he was still around when the 2014 remake came out.

Justin played Kyle, Raymond Burr's grandson in the U.S. version of Godzilla 1985.

Also, why is singer Bobby Brown not credited as one of the extras in the war room in the U.S. version?

Oh, that's sad. I always wished they would have done a Godzilla movie and had the Kyle character from this movie returning to the movie.

That would have been cool. Especially for fans of the two Raymond Burr edited films. I imagine he could have grown up to be a TV newscaster.

They could, but it seems very unlikely. It was probably Raymond Burr's popularity with GODIZLLA, KING OF THE MONSTERS that even led him to being in GODZILLA 1985. But unfortunately he has passed on.
