I watched this film on DVD last night and I really liked it. Sean Penn was great and so was Timothy Hutton. I recognized David Suchet from the TV series Poirot.
The ending was to be expected........

I think it was a good film and based on true story. Calling it great I would have an issue with. However I can't think of many better spy films at the moment.
