How anybody cannot give this a 10 is beyond me. Great acting, script, music, direction, ect.. You do sympathize with Boyce at the start, but he really does betray himself in the end. He starts off as an idealist, but by the end, he is nothing more than a spy in search of cash and a thrill.

I went on to read the book about Boyce's escape from prison "Flight of the Falcon," good stuff as well.

I didn't know Chris escaped from prison and wrote a book. I'd love to read that book. Thanks for the info.

The author of Falcon and the Snowman wrote Flight of the Falcon too. He's my grandpa. :D
