What is Penn drinking(breakfast scene w/Hutton)

When Hutton goes to Penn's house early in the movie and wakes him up, they then go have breakfast outside.

My question is, what is Sean Penn drinking? Looks like a daquri of some type, also it looks like he opens a Lowenbrau beer.

I think it was beer with tomato juice. Obviously tomato juice with something but it looked like it was carbonated.

Tomato juice with beer is supposed to be good for a hangover.
