Wow, why I haven't watched this before? What an unrestrained cringefest. Frank Herbert's only excuse to use his writing skills for anything but writing his own name is that his highly overrated books somehow managed to become highly influential, but he doesn't deserve such treatment. The movie looks like if the producers decided that the book is not cringey enough and they must turn it up to eleven. I haven't had this much fun in quite a while. The music was cool, though.
