Some Information The IMDb Staff Won't Add

Since the IMDb staff has no intention of adding most of the Trivia and Goofs that I've submitted over the past year, after numerous attempts, I've just decided to post the info I have on the respective movies' message boards so that the information can be viewed by the public that way. If anyone wants to submit any of this information to the IMDb under their own account name, go ahead. Maybe they'll add it from you and not me.

Trivia - Add

The "Men In Black" are named Uno (played by John Sayles) and Dos (played by David Strathairn). Although they are not named in the film or end credits, the names were revealed in a photo caption on page 39 of Starlog magazine (#86, September 1984) as part of an interview with director John Sayles. Uno and Dos are Spanish for One and Two, respectively.

I doubt you've been blacklisted. I was having the same trouble with submissions last year, when they had posted others before. For what it's worth, my theory is that someone is dumping them from time to time when they fall behind, not unlike those postal carriers who get busted with sacks of undelivered mail in their houses or apartments.

Well, then, Mordeth -- well done!

Let me ask you this: are you a "pro" user, as in, have you gone IMdB Pro? I'm working on a theory that they may be blowing off huge chunks of input/data from non-paying users.

No, I`m not. I think that they decide upon the past contributions by the user.

I don`t see a reason to prefer updates from paying users, because paying doesn`t make their data more accurate.
