...There was a movie called "Star Man" about a space alien who is shot down over northern Wisconsin. He is being hunted by the military and takes the human form of the dead husband of a lady who helps him allude capture and get to a pickup location in the southwest. I don't recall any cyborgs though..."The Man Who Fell to Earth" was also abot a space alien who was trying to fit in human society.
