Just wanted to let evreyone know it is coming on showtime this month and is also on video on demand......A must see for those who have not seen it or cannot find video or (if on)DVD.......

There's commentary on the DVD? After having just watched this movie for the first time in many, many years on a cheap double feature DVD in a slim line case that I got out of a lot, I think I'm gonna need to cough up some extra $$$$ and get a much better version of this classic movie.

It's totally worth it if you love this film--as I do. For years I made do with a cheapie DVD version with pretty lousy picture-quality and no bonus features at all. With the MGM DVD, not only do you get a much better picture, but you get an excellent commentary from John Sayles. Definitely worth hunting for.

Its also on Netflix now (instant streaming). I saw it on IFC a few years back (around 2006) and remember it bein interesting.
