It's just that people are getting frustrated when they show that official government records have a DOB that makes her 14, and yet people insist on her being older as if those records didn't exist.

Official government records, along with contemporary news, confirm that Olivia d'Abo was 14 when she appeared in Bolero. The film was finished and screened for critics before d'Abo's 15th birthday.

markhagner-1, it's no doubt Olivia. You can see her face in the shots, so that would make using a body double impossible.

There is also a poster you can order online with a publicity pic from the set of her topless in the tub, a image not taken directly from the film, and it is close-up and crystal clear that it's her. Great view of her face as well as... ahem, her assets.

Yeah, I've seen her DOB entry in the General Registry of London myself - it's definitely her. Remember, folks, they give the parent's names too in those entries, so what are the odds that two people with the exact same first and last names as D'abo's parents gave birth to a baby girl in London, D'abo's birthplace, and gave her the same first and last name and it's not her? LOL.

Yeah, I guess you could get away with full-frontal nudity like that since it was shot in Spain. Really bizarre, though! Her parents must have been incredibly liberal, or somehow unaware of what was going on. It also makes John Derek look like a serious perv.

Olivia D'Abo said in an interview in 1986 that she matured physically at age 13, a year before making this movie. In fact she said director John Derek thought she had breast implants until she took her clothes off on set the first time and he saw her breasts were natural.
