It's OOP and hard to find, but you can buy legit VHS copies on Amazon. Here's a link:

It's also available as part of the Norman Warren Box Set which is readily available on DVD in London

It looks like a new Special Edition will be coming out on June 30th for this fun movie. Its said to include a commentary with the director, a few interviews but its still in Fullscreen.
