Rachel Ward's wardrob

Whoever costumed this movie has a timeless eye. Rachel Ward's wardrob in this movie is timeless. Any one of her outfits would look great today. The fact she was a an uber-tanned babe does not hurt either.. but the clothes were way cool, no cheesy 80s outfits..just cool, casual, perfect.

Agreed, except possibly Ward's blazer with the sleeves bunched up a'la "Miami Vice" in the scene outside her family's home.

On the other hand, Ward's hairdos caused me to painfully flashback to my own hirsute indiscretions in the day.

Me, three...I loved the white dress that looked like it was made of linen. And the "men's" shirt and white skirt she wears when Terry finds her up on the cliff ...just to name a few. I also loved her wardrobe...and her hair...and I HATE short hair. But in the end credits...loved the do...

I really like her hairstyle in this movie. It fits her face perfectly. She's definitely someone who looks better with short hair than longer hair because it really accentuates her facial features. As for the outfits, I liked the dress she wore when she goes to Terry's hotel room. I don't like that sleep shirt she wore when Terry first goes to where she's living on the island. It looked awful, to be honest. But other than that piece, the other clothes were nice. I wouldn't have minded if she did where some "80s" type outfits though, because I like the style from that era.
