Wow, what a milestone for this awesome movie!

I watched it again last night on IFC - the only channel that's decent enough to air the movie on it's 25th anniversary! >:(

Although I'm still not the owner of the movie, I'm a proud fan of it and will continue to be so for the rest of my life, LOL, I wasn't even born, NOR was I even thought of, when the movie first came out. I'm only 19 but I understand the glory and the epicness of this REAL cult classic movie.

All the fans of this awesome movie, spread your love for it and continue to hope for our LONG AWAITED SEQUEL!!! *cough cough* *hint hint*.

The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension will reach another 25th anniversary and hopefully will be more widespread and I'm hoping I'll be able to go see the second movie of this series in the theater. Here's to BUCKAROO BANZAI, happy 25!

Wow, that's just about when I fell in love with this movie. I went out and bought the DVD and everything. Too bad there's not a soundtrack CD, I'd buy that too.
Also, glad to see someone younger who can appreciate this awesome jigsaw puzzle of a movie. Don't know if you know, but there are some Buckaroo Comics being produced by BlueWater (? Pretty sure) Comics. They're not great, but they are approved by W.D. Richter, BB's creator. He's credited as a consultant in the comics.
