I always thought the Lectroids were ants or insects. they use ants to torture penny. they are always eating sugar. their technology looks like ant farms to me. there are both red and black Lectroids as there are both red and black ants. but wikipedia calls them reptiles. is wikipedia wrong? and if it is will someone fix it please.

Could Wikipedia be wrong? Somewhere in the woods there's a bear squatting down and, last I looked, the Pope was Catholic.

Anyhow, the Lectroids look (and act) sort of reptilian but your comparisons to ants make sense. Interesting bit.

They're aliens, they don't need to be "like" any earth species.
