What an absolute gash of a woman. Somehow I find it difficult to believe that she could turn so easily on her own species the way she did. And shooting at her son was so extreme and unnecessary. At least the other guy had the excuse of having a drinking problem. She had none. She was just a superc*nt.

Well, he drank because he didn't like the Visitors and his wife's fawning over them neither, and eventually he was glad to be rid of her when he walked out on her, cut off from her forever.
