how they lost there eletronic voices from the pervious final battle and tv series to the complete series? i heard somewhere they explain that they learn to adpat there voicesw to human like to fit in is that true?

I also remember hearing that it didn't work with all of the actors. I don't know why - it worked with all of them in both miniseries.

To the original poster -- I realize you are not asking why the voice effects disappeared (allegedly budgetary constraints). Instead, you are asking how they explained the change in the context of the show itself. I do beleive they made some reference in the first or second episode, to their vocal chords finally adjusting to our planet's atmospheric conditions or something. I believe the issue was addressed somehow, if only briefly or with a throw-away line of dialogue. I don't happen to have the weekly series on DVD at the moment, so I cannot officially verify this.

Here is another one...
By the time there series rolled around, the people of earth knew that the Visitors were reptillian and not human... at least most did... they weren't fooling anyone anymore.
With that beign the case, why, with very few exceptions, did they continue to wear their human disguises? Since they were simply "masks" and disguises (and not cloned skin suits linked to the wearer like in the current ABC series), they must have been uncomfortable and a bit awkward to wear.
Okay... In reality I realize it was for budgeting reasons and so the actors would not have to wear makeup and masks... but opens up the same "in universe"
question as the reverberating voices.
