I was a horny 9-10 year old kid when this show came on and there was something about her that made we want to bone her brains out, even though I knew she was a lizard underneath... Is that messed up?
I do agree that it is about freaking time... I loved this show and have rented the miniseries DVD from time to time...
I always thought Michael Ironside was so cool and Marc Singer was fresh from the Beastmaster...

When I saw it as a kid, I fell head over heels for the blonde girl who got jumped at her school for taking part in her school's science fair and for her father being a scienctist.
But yeah, when I watch it now a days ... Jane Badler had them curves on her that can't go by a day without getting notice.
And I agree ... Michael Ironside was dope as F*** ... hope gets brought back into V movie ... even though I've been told that his character was killed in the tv series.
OH MY GOD YES!!!! The series is being released on DVD at the end of this month, and I'm buying it for one reason only - Jane Badler! What my 20 year old memories of the show tell me is that the series started out good, but got lamer and lamer. What comes to mind most is that the Visitors went from chasing rebels in ships to chasing them in jeeps. Jeeps! I also remember the exact same slo-mo footage of Marc Singer fleeing Visitors on horse-back was used in at least 3 eps. But what I do remember fondly is Jane Badler; the 80's big hair, the skin-tight uniform, mmmmmmmm. Don't freak out, embrace it! She was very nailable.

Funnily enough now that I'm watching the DVD of the series, with some episodes I haven't seen in 20 years, I'm finding Robin really attractive too for some reason (although she's insufferable in the early episodes of the series).

shareNo V The Second Generation isn't being filmed yet. I've been emailing Kenny Johnson and he is trying like hell to get it made but the studio are being ar$es. However there is a book based on the screenplay written by Kenny being released in 2007.
