Freedom Network Medals of Valor?

Does anyone know who the people are in the pictures that are shown for the Freedom Network Medals of Valor? I was just curious if there was any significance to them (i.e., part of the film crew).

my guess like you is that they're likely crew members. considering the budget issues this show had, i doubt they'd go out of their way to find pictures of strangers/actors and have to deal with any sorta rights/money issues.
