V TV Series air dates - UK

Hello peeps,

Does anyone know when this series was originally broadcast in the UK? The dates on imdb and wikipedia are for the US air dates.

I remember the original mini series and the final battle were aired in July 84 as it was ITV's answer to the BBC who were broadcasting the LA Olympics at the time. However I remember this particular series only aired a few years later. Does anyone know exactly when?

Our ITV region was Granada. Looks like 1986 must've been the year. All I can remember is that the Dissident was in July as My Dad had to set the video to record for me while we were on hols. So it looks like our region was a few months behind yours.

In East Anglia we had put with "v" being broadcast at really late grave yard time slots like 23:30Pm or midnight which really sucked as it would be on a school night and are VCR only worked 50% of the time.So I would miss vital eisodes.Thank god we now have DVD box sets.

I live in the UK and remember watching this show when I was a kid. It was broadcast just after Sledgehammer and I remember looking forward to both shows.
