In episode (War Dawn) Orion Pax is rebuilt into Optimus Prime by Alpha Trion.Did Alpha Trion rebuild Orion's friend Dion into Ultra Magnus like he did turning Arial into Elite 1? Also could Alpha Trion transform?
shareI always liked to think Dion became Ironhide, but you could be onto something with him being UM.

The officially ruling is Dion did get rebuilt but not as anyone we saw on the TV show. Then again anyone who writes the bios, comics, TV shows etc could instantly contradict anything previously established.
I think there was a convention toy of Alpha Trion that transformed.
