Just watched the big broadcast of 2006 and I totally forgot about the cat and dog planets! lol
was cracking up seeing all the gray cats in space suits and dogs zipping around in convertables and enjoying a nice down town setting.
I love that episode simply for the insanity of it. Another reason to love it is because it is primarily based on the Junkions. I don't watch any current television shows (aside from walking dead and half the time the piss poor writing in that show drives me nuts) but I do watch some of the REALLy old shows that are shown on Cozi TV and Antenna TV. I never realized that all of the Junkions speech is based off of old (REALLY old) television shows. Now that I am aware of all of these old shows it not only makes the Junkions easier to understand, but also hysterical! It is so bizarre to me that as dreadful as season three is that it truly has some of THE BEST episodes in the entire series.

shareSeason 3 wasnt that bad. Just way different. Its insanely frustrating they never mentioned half the autobots again. Tracks, hound, mirage, etc all lived but we never heard from them. Could have it least mentioned. But yeah some of the best shows they ever did were post movie.
