I always wanted to see an episode where Spike and chip accidently ended up in a alternate universe where the Decepticons were the good guys and Autobots the villains. Or a world where Megatron had won the war and conqured Earth just like the classic GI Joe episode Worlds Without End where Cobra won.

shareIt's a story from Botcon I believe that has the Autobots as evil and the Decepticons good. There were toys, but they are repaints of Classics and Cybertron toys.

shareThis is slightly off topic, but I'd like to see what happened on Cybertron while Optimus and Megatron were stuck on Earth for all that time in the Ark. Seeing Shockwave leading the Decepticons and Ultra Magnus(I assume) leading the Autobots. Would have been a cool way to get backstory on season two and three characters.
shareThe old 80s Marvel comics shed some light on what happened on Cybertron while Optimus & Megatron's forces were stranded on Earth.A friend of mine who collects the newer Transformers comics told me that this particular question was also answered.In the newer comics the Decepticons & Autobots split up into smaller sub factions dueing Optimus & Megatrons absence.
