Why no Exo suit for Chip?

When Daniel was left paralyzed after the Decepticon attack on Nebulus the Autobots cured his condition via the Exo suit turning him into a headmaster.Why wouldn't the Autobots do the same for Chip Chase by providing him with his own Exo suit.

So it's treason then!

Dude can survive acid rain and shred a floppy disk apart with his bare hands. He was already way powerful enough.

True Chip was a legend but it would have been cool to see him try out an Exo suit.

Well Chip didn't last enough to benefit from that 2005 exo-suit technology.

Why stop at an Exo suit, they could have made him a head master. I'm sure his technobabble would have been a whole lot better than the awkward dialogue between Arcee and Daniel.

Chip as a Headmaster would have been great and it would have been cool to see that the writers had not forgot about him.

Yeah he and Prowl were a pretty good team when Chip control him from what I'm assuming was a DOS computer. Who knows what he could have done as a Headmaster?

Though they don't explain it, I believe Chip dies because of whatever illness had him confined to a wheelchair.

Or he moved on to a high position in the government. Maybe helping design the weapons and crafts for EDC.

Cool idea, Chip would make an interesting partner for Perceptor!
