What's wrong with the episode list for Season 1?

I am rewatching this series after many years and noticed that the episode list in IMDB is totally messed up. It seems that is the way they originally aired the show but it is not right. it is a continuity goof. I searched in Wikipedia and found a different but still incorrect order.

According to the list in IMDB we have The Ultimate Doom as episodes 9, 10 and 11 but that is impossible because we have 5 Dinobots there and also Skyfire. At the same time in that list Fire in the Sky is listed as episode 13. How can you have Skyfire in The Ultimate Doom if he was discovered later? They also placed War of the Dinobots as episode 11 and that is incorrect because that is the episode where the Dinobots are only 3, and 2 more are created. How can you have 5 Dinobots in The Ultimate Doom and later we have only 3? LOL

Can someone give me the correct order for Season 1? I did not rewatch the other seasons yet and I hope there are no this kind of problem later.
