Was Latta's Starscream inspired by AC/DC 's lead singer?

I don't know...
But Chris Latta did the same voice for Cobra Commander on G.I. Joe ARAH.
He also guest starred on two episodes of Star Trek TNG. One as a Klingon. The other as a Pakled. If I recall, his voice was not much different for his live roles than the cartoon roles.
Perhaps it wasn't "Inspired" by anything. Perhaps it was just "Chris".
I have fond memories of all those characters, especially Starscream. It's a shame he's gone.
