Does anyone know who sings the song that was in se3 e 01 (wipeout) and what is name of song? went something as follows

down on the beach the sound of the surf is rocking the sky. down on the street there's nobody left to hear.
remember how we rolled those glory days back in sixty four

great song but I cant find it anywhere other than in that episode.
