Still on of the most Talked about series....If you all like the Show so much do you want it to be on DVD, or a Remake? This show came out a good while back now, and I see that so many still Talk about it as if it still airs. I seen this show, and liked it as well. The Cartoon Spinoff made no sense to me...where does Glomur fit into this? He is not even in this Original Series at all. NBC even made an Animated Spinoff to ALF which wasn't too bad.
shareNo on a remake, it is on DVD though. I would like a reunion, Henry is still alive! They should do it before it is too late. Glomer only exists in the cartoon but it would have been nice to have seen him as a stuffed animal in an episode of the live action series. I would think of those adventures as pretend but if they are in continuity, they are never mentioned. Yes I liked the Alf cartoon as well but you should note they changed the premise of that as well, the stories back on Melmac and fairy tales. They never seem to make straight translations to animated versions. The first Happy Days cartoon had them time traveling, Laverne & Shirley wer4e drafted into the Army and later the Fonz joined them. I think the Mork & Mindy cartoon was rather similar to the original. The Brady Kids, I am fairly certain they had some sort of creature friends. Partridge Family took place in was in space. Remember the GhostBusters cartoon, the one based on the film, the characters did not look like their film counterparts and they added Slimer.
