This show taught excellent lessons

When I watched as a kid, I didn't quite understand the underlying point of the show, but now that I watch the reruns as an adult, I see they hit on drugs, obesity, cheating, boyfriends, even the hemlich manuever. I have never seen a show which taught such sweet lessons, not even the Brady Bunch. Great show for the whole family!

I like cats named nightmare. I have a "nightmare" every night!

Alot if shows hit on those things back then

As far as I know this is the only family show, more aimed towards kids, that would deal with the issue of a REAL serial killer on the loose who's NOT caught at the end, instead of the kids IMAGINING there's a killer.

Yes it taught great lessons. Like, don't eat/drink cleaning chemicals. And if you do, drink a tall glass of milk and call 911.

OR

Mentally retarded individuals should not be ridiculed, or else they'll run away and disappear.

OR

Don't lock yourself in a broken fridge cause you'll pass out.

AND

Don't ride your bike on the sidewalk, because you'll run over a lady and ruin her dancing career, then she'll turn into a mean, bitter old crow.

Actual episodes!

"God made man. Then he rested. And on the 8th day, God created George O'Brien."
