Dan and the doctor/bush pilot are outside, Dan having just successfully completed an impromptu appendectomy on a beautiful young eskimo/inuit woman (because the doctors hands were burnt or broken due to his plane crashing, caused by Dan). They're celebrating and drinking from a jug of homemade hooch. When Dan guzzles it, the doc says to take it easy and says he drank to much of it once and "...woke up in Saskatoon wearing nothing but wingtips and a beanie...".
