Man I really need to have a DVD of this show. Now that I am much much older and an avid movie, TV, and general entertainment fan, I would love to see the episodes and get all the references I missed as a kid. So please Brian Henson, release a DVD!!!
yeah..but unless you steal the DVD or something, it is not worth buying. The toys are about $30 or so each and the DVD only contains like 1 or 2 episodes.
I am 26 and obviously I would get the toys just for the DVD episodes!!!!
The toys- I would give them to someone who loves stuffed toys, and keep the episodes...
Anyway... I absolutely love this show, and Nick made a fatal mistake by taking t off the air!!!! Still makes me bitter that it aint on....
WE WANT IT BACK NOW!!!!!
Great episodes, great subtle lessons, was not no Barney, did not talk down, and problem solved in creative, but realisitic ways, did not get boring!!!!
Animal was hilarious, Gonzy was weird, Kermit the even thinker, Rowlf the singer and piano man, Bunsen the inventor, Nanny the caregiver, Piggy the bossy and braggy, but always snooty, Scooter the computer nerd, Skeeter the tomboy, Fozzie the wanna-be comedian- always told an (un)funny joke(s) every episode, the parodies, live action movie clips -- just the whole sha-bang!!!!!
I know exactly what you mean...I'm 21 and grew up on this cartoon. Until a full set of DVDs is released I'm pacifying myself with the old VHS movies from Amazon.com and eBay.
First of all, the toys are sooo cute! Second of all I think they should have episodes for Gameboy Advance and Videonow (cos there's nothing out right now) in both black and white and color versions.
~Damn, look at all those fans! It's like fan diarrhea!
If anyone is interested I have five dvd's full of muppet baby cartoons very rare hard to get and I have a lot of episodes. email me if your interested [email protected]
