nd help with closing logo

Anyone else remember the closing logo with a black backround and something that I used to think looked like Spiderman kneeling down while some really creepy music played? It was shown after the last picture from the credits of all the babies sillouettes hoding hands in a sunset scene. I'm not sure if it was Henson's company or not but it really creeped me out as a kid. Am I the only one that remembers this?

Thats one of the things I remember most about the show.
I did a little research and that is spider-man. The logo is from Marvel porductions as in marvel comics. They produced a lot of cartoons in the seventies and eighties. you can read about it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvel_Productions

Oh, my gosh. This post is amazing!

Haha, not really. But I can relate to the people above...I was literally AFRAID of that production (among others). When I was younger, it seemed as though it didn't bother any of my other little friends, so I'd always feel like such a freak. My brother would relentlessly tease me for being so scared of it. What's ironic about that logo is that in Wikipedia, it's even referred as the "Scary Spiderman" image. Why the hell would they have that on a kid's show?

To Willowisp1684: I used to cover my eyes or rush out of the room whenever I knew that production was coming. It was weird, b/c like you, I'd sometimes get curious as well and just look at it. Unfortunately, I'd usually pay for it later on that night (AKA nightmares). I have to agree with you on that being one of the most vivid childhood memories.

Take care.
