DVD Questions.. I already know what is keeping it from a DVD release but

the live action clips are keeping MB from an official dvd release. Also, I've seen live action clips on "Everybody Hates Chris". how can EHC get a dvd release with Live action clips and MB can't? Does it have anything to do with the fact that MB is from the 80's and EHC is from the 2000's?

TV shows today always buy the rights to use music/video clips on DVD releases. Back in the Pre-DVD days, TV shows were rarely released in entire seasons on video, so no one bothered to get the extended rights.

As a result, many older shows are having a hard time finding their way onto DVD because of all the work it takes to re-buy the rights for video release.
