Write to Anchor Bay to request DVD release

Anchor Bay has released a lot of TV shows on DVD, including Sledge Hammer! & The Greatest American Hero. You can write to them to suggest a DVD for them to release... So, please let's all do!

Dear Anchor Bay,

I'd like to suggest that you release 80's sitcom "It's Your Move" starring Justin Bateman as a DVD set. There are a lot of people, myslef included, who thought that show was absolutely hysterical. It was a short-lived show, but remains fondly remembered. Thank you for your consideration.

reply

It’s Jason Bateman. You’re thinking of his sister, Justine!

§ Macintoshes and tangerines, baby.

reply

I wrote a letter as well

Dear Piratebay

Thank you for all these free episodes of It's Your Move

reply

Long live The Pirate Bay! That's where I acquired such episodes. I didn't write them a Thank You letter, though. ;)

Pants up, don't loot.

My sister and I loved this show and I just sent an email requesting the DVD release of both season's episodes.

reply

I sent them a request as well. I hope they listen, I think its a shame that this awesome show isn't out on DVD yet.

reply

Here is my request, just sent:

"I am yet another from imdb.com putting in my request to see Jason Bateman’s premier as a lead in a show of his own – “It’s Your Move”. I have several family members & friends who would buy these DVD’s!!!"

reply

My request submitted, too...

reply

Mine as well!

reply

I did too:

This was one of the funniest shows on TV when I was in Jr. High. I remember there was an episode that was "to be continued..." and then the next week a breaking news story kept it off the air and it was cancelled after that. PLEASE release it. I have always wondered how the episode ended, and I thought the show was too brilliant to be taken off the air. The writing and the chemistry between Jason Bateman and David Garrison was amazing. There are so many people in my age demographic that remember and love this show. Let's share it with other generations!

Thank you for your consideration!

Here's my plea:

Anchor Bay,

Please, release the It’s Your Move DVD.

I know lots of people who would pay good money for this!

Dear Anchor Bay,

Thank you for releasing both seasons of Sledge Hammer on DVD. It's my all time favorite TV show and having the complete seasons on DVD is an absolute dream come true!

I would also like to suggest you put out the 80's sitcom IT"S YOUR MOVE and the 1970's variety show SHA NA NA on DVD. I think a lot of people from my generation would also love to see these shows again. I am sure they would sell well.

Thank you very much for your consideration.

I saw this back when it was on back in the day on NBC and then later caught it when USA Network had it in syndication back in the 90's! I saw last month on The Game Show Network Bowser I believe his name was for SHA NA NA and it brought great memories of seeing that show on a Saturday or Sunday night when I was a kid with my parents and my sister who is a year younger than me!

WOW Thanks for the information and I shall email them to put it on DVD!

Dedicated to USA UP ALL NIGHT and the fans of the show! http://usa-uan.deefilmroll.com/

Do you really think Anchor Bay is pursuing IMDB looking for letters lol

reply

The show was produced by Embassy Television and the rights are now held by Sony Pictures Television. You should write to them instead of Anchor Bay.
