"Oooooh my dicky ticker!" I`ll never forget that sentence and the look on M.Alphonse`s face while he was saying it! :D

Yeah. That never gets old. I love Alphonse and his love for Edith. I think it's quite a shame actually that they didn't end up together...hmm

I always thought she should go off with Alphonse & leave Rene as he didn't appreciate her. Don't know if Alphonse's heart would stand up to it though!

Actually, I jsut wanted her to leave with Alphone in the end of the show since if she married Alphone he would take over the café and I wanted the café to be René's :-)

That's true. After all - it's Café René. Alphonse is one of my favourite characters, he's really cool and such a gentleman, unlike Rene. Edith is also very sweet so she deserved Alphonse to love her. I wonder why she chose to stay with her unfaithful husband instead who cheats on her all the time.

Edith is so naive so she swollowed every excuse he gave her when she caught him with Mimi and Yvette. Hehe."Oh René...I'm sorry for doubting you" I ölove Edith. She's so funny and she nso annoying, but in a funny way

Yeah, in fact I was quite put off by her opportunistic behaviour after Rene was 'executed' early in the series. Despite knowing Rene was alive and had to pose as his own twin brother; she actively hunted high and low for the will and audaciously claimed ownership of the cafe! Speak about blatant daylight-robbery ...
