Best episodes ever? They are full of great moments - Leclerc getting the notes from René confused and all the scenes on the train are gold (no pun intended).
shareI don't think they're the best episodes, but they are very well done. All that 'who's in what bunk' stuff was great - I loved when Rene pulled back a curtain & Lt Gruber was there. "Rene, how did you know I was here?" (or something like that) & pulling him into the bunk. And I love every time the Germans or the Gestapo do anything in disguise - I think my favourites of those were Lt Gruber & the Colonel as hospital nurses, Lt Gruber as a pimp, & Herr Flick & Von Smallhausen as monks.
