"Jeffry Holland" is just about to play "rene", in a revival of the stage production. He will probably do very well. Plus in the same production "Vicki Michelle" is still playing her own part.
shareMm, I really liked Jeffrey Holland in "Hi-de-Hi!" & "You Rang, M'Lord?" That should be good. I like the suggestions being made. What about Julie Walters as Edith? She's proved with characters like Mrs Overall & Petula in "dinnerladies" that she can do a funny old crone. Would Billie Piper do as perhaps Mimi or Helga? I'm not a huge fan of hers, but I think she could be good. And the girl from "Sense & Sensibility", Charity Wakefield, has the young & sexy thing nailed in my opinion - she might make a good waitress.
