I know your query was directed at rarema but I would venture that they/he/she is thinking of the 1972 film Virgin Witch.
Not made by Hammer and only vaguely 'Hammerish' but does feature Vicki Michelle (and her real life sister Ann) who fall prey to the clutches of a predatory lesbian that hides out in a big country pile. Spoiler Alert! The predatory lesbian is also a killer witch!
