That crazy Emu/Ostrich Man in the server room

Anyone else find themselves bursting into laughter at the way that guy sounded and the way his tiny head moved with the beady eyes? I was thinking of a number of birds but finally settled on an Emu/Ostrich.

I heard that he actually WAYS a half-emu half-man made by the government as part of their "super-soldier" experimentation.
